Job Description

Embark on an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the growth of this esteemed insurance agency. As an Appointment Setter, you will be the initial point of contact, engaging with the agency’s extensive client base to identify potential prospects for life insurance products. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport will be instrumental in seamlessly transitioning interested clients to the agency’s expert insurance specialists for personalized consultations.

Responsibilities
  • Initiate friendly and natural conversations with existing agency clients to gauge their interest in life insurance offerings
  • Adhere to provided scripts and call guides to ensure a consistent and professional approach
  • Collect essential lead information, such as date of birth, marital status, and other relevant details, from interested prospects
  • Leverage an online scheduling tool to efficiently book Zoom appointments with insurance specialists
  • Achieve a target of scheduling 4 appointments per week, contributing to the agency’s growth and success
Requirements
  • Exceptional verbal communication abilities in English (Spanish fluency is a valuable asset)
  • Prior experience in a call center, appointment setting, or customer service role
  • Proven ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust over the phone
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in computer applications
  • A positive attitude and resilience to thrive in a phone-based work environment
