Your missions

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm EST with 1 hour unpaid break (8 paid hours per day)

Client Timezone: Eastern Time (based on the prospect’s location in Virginia)

Job Description

Embark on an exciting journey as an Appointment Setter, playing a pivotal role in fueling the agency’s growth. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the initial point of contact for potential clients, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to qualify leads, handle objections, and book appointments for the agency’s skilled sales team. Your ability to build rapport and effectively pitch the agency’s services will be instrumental in driving new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to leads (both cold and warm) from the provided contact list
  • Engage in insightful conversations to understand prospect needs and determine fit
  • Skillfully navigate objections and overcome sales resistance with professionalism
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to conduct in-depth discovery calls and presentations
  • Meticulously update and maintain accurate lead records in the agency’s CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing valuable insights and feedback
Requirements
  • Colombian agent who can speak fluent English, like an American native speaker
  • Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar sales role
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities
  • Talent for building rapport and establishing trust with prospects
  • Comprehensive understanding of the agency’s offerings and value proposition
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Resilience and a positive mindset in the face of rejection
