Schedule:

  • Part-time, 21 hours per week, Tues-Thurs 9am-4pm ET (9pm - 4am Manila Time) Paid break 30 minute lunch & 2 15 minute breaks

Job Description

Embark on an exciting journey as an Appointment Setter, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for a groundbreaking online document storage solution. In this remote position, you’ll be the initial point of contact with potential customers, building rapport and securing valuable product demo appointments. Your exceptional communication skills and persistence will open doors to new business opportunities, contributing to the company’s continued success.


Responsibilities
  • Initiate direct calls to businesses, adeptly navigating to key decision-makers like IT Directors

  • Deliver a concise, compelling script highlighting the product’s transformative benefits

  • Secure 10-15 minute demo appointments with interested prospects, capturing their enthusiasm

  • Accurately collect and provide prospect information, including email, preferred date, and time zone




Requirements
  • Exceptional English communication abilities with a neutral, professional accent

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, cold-calling, or related sales roles

  • Remarkable rapport-building skills to quickly establish trust over the phone

  • Resilience and tenacity to persevere through rejections with unwavering positivity

  • Proficiency in basic computer and internet navigation for seamless workflow
