Job Description

Become an integral part of a dynamic tutoring company’s operations team. In this role, you’ll be the linchpin connecting tutors, students, and the business owner. Your exceptional organizational skills and communication abilities will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of tutoring sessions and overall client satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Manage and streamline communication between tutors, clients, and the company
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a warm welcome
  • Coordinate and schedule tutoring sessions, optimizing everyone’s time
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients and tutors to maintain high service standards
  • Handle time-sensitive communications for lesson organization and last-minute changes
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of tutoring sessions and client information
  • Assist in developing and implementing efficient administrative processes

  • Exceptional written English skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong organizational abilities and a talent for multitasking
  • Proficiency in email communication and common office software
