Your missions

Genesis10 is seeking an Operations Specialist for a contract position that will be 100% remote for our banking client based in Green Bay, WI.

Work Schedule: 1:45 pm – 10:15 pm CST

Responsibilities:

Receive/review incoming work, prioritize accordingly, and contact appropriate resources as needed to meet SLAs.
Minimize risk by following all regulations and rules pertaining to operational area and report deficiencies to leadership.
Assist in the development and presentation of training.
Escalate suspected fraud to Financial Intelligence Department and leadership for resolution.
Enter transactions into PC, verify accuracy; and balance general ledger accounts/applications.
Resolve complex customer issues using multiple resources and records.
