What You’ll Do: 

We are seeking a Product Manager for our emerging Acute product business line. In this role, you will use your experience in the Acute healthcare industry to validate our business strategy, identify critical product features that will close gaps in our product offering, translate those needs into detailed product requirements, and successfully develop a product roadmap. 

You will be successful in this role if you are organized, detailed-oriented, self-motivated, have a bias towards action and use critical thinking to solve complex, multi-faceted problems. Responsibilities in this role include: 

  • Product Launch. Manage the entire software development life cycle and successfully deliver an initial product offering to market.
  • Roadmap Planning. Develop and manage the product roadmap with key milestones for initial product delivery.
  • Product Strategy. Gather and analyze feedback from customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to validate the product roadmap
  • Product Development. Facilitate refinement sessions with development, QA and design teams
  • Value Proposition. Produce value proposition materials in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Stakeholder Management. Provide regular updates and prepare release notes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Training & Documentation. Facilitate release training sessions for internal stakeholders and join support on customer facing release webinars.
What You’ll Need:
  • 2+ years of experience as a product manager, product owner, or business line manager in a B2B or B2C SaaS solution
  • Knowledge of and previous experience using Jira, Confluence, Mural and HubSpot
  • 2+ years of experience working within agile and scrum framework
  • 2+ years experience collaborating with cross functional teams such as management, sales, marketing, support, development and QA
  • 2+ years experience interacting with and conducting user interviews with enterprise level customers
  • 2+ years experience completing competitive analysis and conducting market research
  • Prior experience building out a product line or executing entering an adjacent market
  • Prior experience taking a product from concept to a successful market launch
  • Proven track record of cross functional leadership and collaboration
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship building while driving organizational alignment to the company’s vision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The estimated base salary range for this role is $115,000-130,000/year. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all of these factors. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
