As the Head of Influencer/Creator/Affiliate Marketing with a focus on Social Commerce platforms, like TikTok Shops, the ideal candidate will leverage them to amplify our clients' presence and engage effectively with their unique communities. You will be at the forefront of the latest digital marketing trends and skilled in navigating the nuances of influencer partnerships and community engagement to drive innovative marketing campaigns and our clients’ direct-to-consumer (DTC) initiatives. With your deep understanding of digital trends and user behavior on social media, you will develop and spearhead strategies for these dynamic platforms, align with our business objectives, and ensure robust growth and brand visibility.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate will have experience with: 

  • Ability to execute influencer campaigns including talent sourcing, negotiating, creative briefing, legal contracting, content review, and data analysis.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with creators, influencers, and community leaders within the TikTok platform, creating a strong network. 
  • Skilled in leveraging AI technology to create innovative strategies for client growth, brand awareness, and achieving campaign KPIs.
  • Expertise in customer data and analytics, with a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans.
  • Staying updated with TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
  • Passion for building, mentoring, and maximizing team strengths in a fast-paced environment while remaining agile, empathetic, and resilient.
  • Develop and refine marketing strategies understanding the unique dynamics and user engagement patterns of platforms.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Marketing or a quantitative discipline; advanced degree a plus
  • 5+ years in social media management, influencer engagement, or community management, with a strong preference for expertise in TikTok and TikTok Shop
  • Adept at multitasking, organizational, and project management, with the capability to delegate and resolve complex, large-scale projects and issues cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing brand visibility and boosting sales through targeted and creative social media strategies and impactful influencer marketing campaigns, while leveraging AI
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in measuring and scaling the impact of social media campaigns
  • Passion for staying ahead of social media trends and digital marketing innovations
  • Sharp eye for detail and organizational skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and with working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 USD annually

Location-Based Pay:

  • Compensation is based on the candidate’s location within the United States.

Note: The salary range represents the base salary and does not account for additional benefits, bonuses, or the equity incentive plan. The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
