Your missions

Greenlight is the leading family fintech company on a mission to help parents raise financially smart kids. We proudly serve more than 6 million parents and kids with our award-winning banking app for families. With Greenlight, parents can automate allowance, manage chores, set flexible spend controls, and invest for their family’s future. Kids and teens learn to earn, save, spend wisely, and invest.

At Greenlight, we believe every child should have the opportunity to become financially healthy and happy. It’s no small task, and that’s why we leap out of bed every morning to come to work. Because creating a better, brighter future for the next generation depends on it.

True to the company’s entrepreneurial roots, the partnerships team was created to find additional paths for customer acquisition and new revenue growth. This team has recently built an impactful portfolio of partnerships with leading brands such as JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, WaFd, Community Financial Credit Union and T-Mobile among others and the account executive will have the opportunity to help scale innovative partnerships with banks and credit unions.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Partnership Product team. In this role, you will be responsible for building products for our top partners and delivering best-in-class experiences for our partners and to their customers.

You will work closely with customers to better understand what they need. You will set the strategic vision and product direction, you will work with engineering, design, and partnerships to build it, and you will partner with sales to bring it to market. The ideal candidate has a deep interest and expertise in building end-user and developer experiences, and has demonstrated the ability to set a bold product direction and ship products to achieve business outcomes.

This role is perfect for a self-starter who can be resilient in pursuit of meeting goals. You should relish the opportunity to build 0-to-1 products and roll-up your sleeves to secure opportunities. This team moves fast and is always hustling so you will need to be able to effortlessly navigate multiple projects/deals simultaneously.

Your day-to-day:
  • Manage and grow some of the largest distribution partnerships at Greenlight. This includes spending time with top customers and sales, understanding their pain points and needs, end users to build delightful experiences, and Greenlight’s sales leadership to help win new business.
  • Collaboratively partner with other Greenlight teams (product, engineering, design, legal, risk, compliance, etc.) to deliver delightful solutions for our partners.
  • Scaling up distribution by integrating with top platforms used by our banking partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our partners and build best-in-class partner tools to enhance their experience.

  • What you’ll bring to the team:
  • 4+ years of product management experience
  • Highly technical skills, with deep experience and track record of success in building and growing products
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to manage large, complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to align stakeholders on the goals and behaviors required for success
  • Experience working in regulated industries that requires coordination across functional areas including legal and compliance

  • Not sure this one’s for you? Don’t count yourself out. Show us what you’ve got and we’ll reach out if there’s a great fit.

    Work perks at Greenlight:
  • Medical, dental, vision, and HSA match
