Role Overview
The Demand Generation Manager role at ENDVR is a critical position within our marketing team, focusing on driving pipeline growth and increasing lead generation through various channels. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will lead demand generation efforts, develop and execute end-to-end campaigns, and analyze program impact on pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate will have expertise in B2B SaaS environments, strong analytical skills, and experience with HubSpot or equivalent platforms.

What You'll Do
  • Interpret and translate data from HubSpot, Google Analytics, Hotjar and other tech stack platforms into meaningful stories and actionable steps
  • Present complex data in an accessible and comprehensive manner to stakeholders
  • Define, develop, and execute lead nurturing campaigns, including writing and creating Marketing emails, sequences and workflows. Optimize lead flow, scoring, and lifecycles within HubSpot.
  • Assess current and emerging demand generation channels and provide recommendations based on ENDVR’s industry and target audience
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategy, utilizing always-on Marketing tactics and targeted ABM strategies for lead generation
  • Organize and manage webinar strategy and program, including recruitment of speakers, content and messaging, audience acquisition, and webinar execution (set-up of registration, landing pages, emails, workflow, follow-up, reporting, analytics, and other admin support)
  • Write compelling content for landing pages, website optimization, SEO-supported initiatives, and other Marketing materials
  • Partner with the Sales team to help them understand and leverage personas and Marketing leads in the sales process

  • What You Need to Succeed:
  • 4+ years of B2B Marketing experience required
  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven Marketing
  • Experience with HubSpot required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs and Gsuite
  • Experience using Photoshop/Figma/Canva is desired
  • Experience using WordPress or similar websites a plus
  • Strong content writing skills with a clear, professional, and engaging style
  • Experience in SaaS is a plus
  • Self-motivated, organized, and strategic thinker
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
