About CloudBees

CloudBees enables enterprises to deliver scalable, compliant, and secure software, empowering developers to do their best work.

Seamlessly integrating into any hybrid and heterogeneous environment, CloudBees is more than a tool—it's a strategic partner in your cloud transformation journey, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency while enhancing the developer experience across your entire software development lifecycle. It allows developers to bring and execute their code anywhere, providing greater flexibility and freedom through fast, self-serve, and secure workflows.

CloudBees supports organizations at every step of their DevSecOps journey, whether using Jenkins on-premise or transitioning software delivery to the cloud. We’re helping customers build the future, today.

About the role
CloudBees Professional Services (PS) mission is to accelerate value and adoption of CloudBees technologies and reduce implementation risk. CloudBees PS thrives in making clients and partners wildly successful by providing access to experienced consultants around the globe who excel in building world-class DevSecOps practices and solutions which are both operational and scalable.

As a member of the Professional Services team at CloudBees, you will work with some of the largest organizations in the world (Fortune 100s and major government agencies), in innovative industries like finance, high-tech and healthcare. You'll join a highly collaborative and dynamic team that navigates and solves the extreme complexity these organizations have with delivering software effectively. Minimal company sponsored travel will be required for client engagements and company meetings.

DevOps Consultants architect, design and implement DevSecOps practices and solutions for a wide range of clients. You'll work directly with clients, onsite and remote, and be as comfortable in front of a whiteboard explaining concepts to a client as at a Linux terminal implementing highly-automated and scripted solutions. You'll deliver technical direction to a wide variety of audiences, helping our clients unlock the full potential of their investment in CloudBees technology and collaborate across the CloudBees ecosystem to ensure the technical success of CloudBees clients. It is important to understand how to integrate and make the most of DevSecOps practices. This includes leveraging best-of-breed open source and commercial tooling, state of the art, cloud native and legacy systems while creating a vision for improving their software delivery practices.

Our Consultants have a passion for pushing boundaries, sometimes with novel and experimental ideas, and are self-starting and proactive. They consistently perform self-development related to the CloudBees product suite in order to establish foundational knowledge to act as a trusted advisor, and continuously stay current with industry trends in order to promote best practice and best value for our clients.
