Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Middle Market - Chain Store Sales Executive or Business Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving POS and merchant processing sales growth within the middle market and chain store segment. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to build and nurture relationships with key clients. RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends within the middle market and chain store segment.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand market share.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. 

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the middle market and chain store space.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Sales Growth and Revenue Generation:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing of deals.

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.

  • Continuously monitor market dynamics and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

 Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

  • Provide valuable insights and feedback from the field to contribute to the development of new products or services.

 Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis to track key metrics and KPIs.            

  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, document sales activities, and forecast future sales.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven past experience in B2B POS or merchant processing sales, preferably within the middle market or chain store segment.

  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and business development.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation range: $106,000 - $185,000    

  • Unlimited PTO after year 1 (3 weeks to start)

 Traditional Physical Requirements

  • Requires prolonged sitting, standing, bending, stooping and stretching.
