The role
We are looking for a Software Architect to join an exceptional team working on delivering customer solutions on CSG Quote & Order, our next-generation service delivery platform for telecommunications and cloud providers around the world at an enterprise scale.
If you have a talent for designing elegant performant solutions and are passionate about technology, we want to hear from you! If successful you will be joining an experienced, collaborative and positive team, focused on delivering a market changing product. In this role you will be surrounded by smart, motivated people that are passionate about technology and innovation, with the opportunity to mentor others and grow your skills.
Work with clients around the world to understand their business requirements and enterprise technology goals, and assess how CSG Quote & Order could be used to address these needs
Develop solution designs using CSG products are within the technological, financial, and operational constraints of the project, and that meets quality standards for performance, reliability and user experience
Provide technical guidance and leadership to the delivery teams implementing your solution to ensure that it realises your architectural vision, is delivered on schedule, and adheres to quality standards
Perform ongoing client stakeholder management and consultation to ensure that they remain aligned with your solution throughout delivery
Contribute to the CSG delivery methodology to drive ongoing improvements on how we operate.
Over time, grow within the business to participate in and lead projects, solutions and teams of increasingly greater scale

Experience in designing solutions for enterprise customers on top of a core product platform
A passion for technology and learning new techniques to solve old problems
Professional services / consulting experience
Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
Proficiency in producing software design and architecture diagrams
A software development background
Master Professional within team
Design and document software systems and solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define architectural requirements.
Lead architectural discussions and decisions.
Mentor junior architects and developers.
Proficient in software design patterns and architectural frameworks.
