Software Engineer (.NET, AWS, Databases)
Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mid-Level Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using .NET technologies and leveraging cloud services on AWS.
Job Duties
Design, develop, and maintain software applications using .NET Core, .NET Framework, and C#.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement and integrate with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
Leverage AWS services like S3, SNS, Lambda, EC2, and ECS to build scalable and reliable applications.
Containerize applications using Docker for consistent deployment across environments.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software development using .NET Core, .NET Framework, and C#.
Proficient in relational databases like PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, SNS, Lambda, EC2, ECS, etc.
Hands on experience with building and consuming REST APIs.
Experience working with Docker and containerization practices
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Experience with microservices and building highly scalable applications is a plus.
Experience working with NoSQL databases like Mongo, Dynamo, DocumentDB is a plus.

This role is based in Los Angeles, California and the base pay range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 annually. Actual amounts will vary depending on education, skills, experience, and geographic location.
