We are looking for a seasoned Senior Marketing Account Manager that brings a high level of business acumen, strategy, attention to detail and creative to help lead an account to the next level. You be responsible for the end-to-end execution of all marketing projects, and promote CLEAResult’s service lines, capabilities, or campaigns to existing clients and/or new clients in an effort to expand current relationship and continue to present innovation/value.
Must reside within Oregon. Preference for candidates within the Portland, Oregon area.
For this opportunity, you will…
- Foster and build client relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction; Deliver favorable CLEAResult
- Client Satisfaction Scores
- Deliver best-in-class client service.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Program teams and
- Program Directors to identify and grow opportunities within
- various territories.
- Responsible for accurately forecasting and delivering on
- projected client revenue in relation to agency labor hours and
- direct costs.
- Increase revenue and profitability through account growth,
- contract renewals and / or streamlined labor hour allocations
- Foster client relationships and develop data-driven marketing
- strategy for a variety of clients and projects
- Provide the day-to-day marketing planning, development and
- execution for a suite of clients
- Manage project code set up and project resource allocation
- Assist in meeting agency KPI’s and revenue goals
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications preferred.
- 8+ years relevant experience
