We are seeking an enthusiastic Street Reporter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting street interviews and gathering candid responses from a diverse range of people. Your primary task will be to approach random individuals and ask them a set of predefined questions to gather valuable insights and opinions about their career paths and advice for newcomers in their industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct street interviews with a variety of people, ensuring a diverse range of perspectives.
2. Ask the following questions to interviewees:
2.1. What's your name?
2.2. From where have you done your graduation?
2.3. What do you do for a living?
2.4. If anyone wants to get into this industry, like they want to do exactly what you are doing, what could be the starting package for a fresher?
2.5. So if there is one piece of advice that you want to give to other people who want to get into this industry, what would that be?
3. Capture high-quality video footage using personal gear.
4. Ensure clear audio and visual quality in all recordings.
5. Engage with interviewees to make them feel comfortable and encourage open, honest responses.
6. Collaborate with the content team to ensure videos align with the company's goals and standards.
Application Instructions:
Before applying, you must create 3 raw sample videos, each 1 minute long, asking these questions to random people:

You don't have to edit the videos; they should be raw footage.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in video journalism, street reporting, or a related field.

5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
