Your missions

Our agency is looking for a recruiter, administrative assistant

Work from HOME 80% of the time

Tasks:

  • Source candidates through various channels(social media, job boards, etc.)
  • Completing full recruiting cycle from sourcing to placement
  • Complete onboarding process
  • Communicate with candidates across all channels(phone, SMS, website, etc.)

We offer:

  • 35 000$-75 000$/year, depending on the experience plus commissions based on performance
  • Monday-Friday 9 00am-18 00 pm
  • Remote work from home
  • Great atmosphere and opportunity to grow
  • Be your own boss after the training, work at your pace with no supervision

We need:

  • Fully Bilingual( Eng/Fr), Spanish will be a great asset
  • Previous experience in recruitment is required
  • Independent, organized, and highly motivated person
