Your missions

Overview

The ReactJS Developer plays a crucial role in the development and maintenance of user interfaces for web applications. This individual will be responsible for building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, ensuring the feasibility of UI/UX designs, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. The ReactJS Developer will collaborate with the back-end developers and web designers to improve the usability of applications by implementing innovative solutions and enhancements.

Key responsibilities

Develop new user-facing features using React.js
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Collaborate with the back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
Write efficient, testable, and reusable code
Implement performance and quality modules
Stay up-to-date with front-end technology trends and best practices
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Debug and resolve technical issues
Work closely with the product and design teams to define and develop new features
Participate in architectural discussions and design exercises to create scalable solutions
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Required qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Proven work experience as a Front-end Developer or similar role
Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and its core principles
Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Flux or Redux
Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
Experience with data structure libraries such as Immutable.js
Familiarity with RESTful APIs
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
Strong understanding of responsive design and development
Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and principles
