Are you ready to take charge of procurement operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? As a Procurement Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's daily operations, managing AP invoices efficiently through the Fraxion procure-to-pay software. Your responsibilities will extend to conducting rigorous due diligence checks on both new and existing suppliers, ensuring compliance and fostering strong supplier relationships. Partnering with a diverse array of stakeholders, both internal and external, you will demonstrate a proactive, flexible, and can-do attitude to navigate and thrive in our challenging business landscape. Duties and Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):

  • Daily administration of AP invoices through the Precure to pay software Fraxion, supplier due diligence screening and onboarding.
  • Support the implementation of new supplier due diligence & onboarding process.
  • Maintain central supplier data base & preferred supplier list.
  • Maintain updated supplier bank account details list.
  • Track Blanket purchase orders
  • Ensure full compliance with all internal procedures & Policies relating to Procurement, compliance, legal , data privacy and infosec due diligence for all onboarding of new service providers suppliers and contractors across all Mukuru entities.
  • B-BBEE knowledge of preferential procurement practices

Key Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • At least 2 years Procurement Administration experience
  • Precure to pay systems knowledge.
  • Lexis Nexis Procure check knowledge.
  • B-BBEE knowledge of preferential procurement practices
  • Location to be based in Cape Town, only Cape Town candidates to apply to role.
