- Resolve provider enrollment issues and coordinate with departments
- Complete provider enrollment applications and track status per contract
- Prepare CAQH for providers, request individual provider numbers, maintain provider files
- Update and maintain credentialing software, provider insurance enrollments, certifications
- Monitor applications status and complete necessary follow-ups
