Role
As an intern, you will be working closely together with research associates on one of the projects running in the Format Translation team to support the antibody knowledge generation within ART.
Project background:
For the development of therapeutics based on antibody formats targeting receptors, it is important to explore interaction rules for multispecific targeting.
Therefor, the interaction between cell surface proteins and protein-bound antibodies were measured for several target combinations in three cell lines. In this intern project, receptors will be explored in additional cell lines.
Responsibilities
You will learn how to work in a biotech laboratory environment and aid the Format Translation team by supporting them in the exploration of a specific research question by the design and performance of several assays such as:
