Class Representative & Quality Control Officer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any major.
• Proficiency with computers and online learning tools (particularly Google Docs, Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, Excel, etc.).
• Proficiency in academic management.
• Skillful in interpersonal relations and communication.
• Strong critical thinking abilities with a growth mindset.
• Interest in negotiating with others and helping them find the best solutions.
• Ability to work under duress, such as tight deadlines, managing conflicts, or dealing with unexpected obstacles.
• Experience in handling student complaints with strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of IELTS and scholarship opportunities will be an advantage.
  

Responsibilities:

1. Class management: Assisting the tutor in creating a well-structured schedule to provide an efficient learning environment for the students of Kobi.
2. Class operation: Assisting in the implementation of various class-related tasks, from class preparation to online class operations to ensure smooth proceedings (such as finding and contacting the tutor according to the schedule, monitoring the schedule, and managing technical aspects of the class).
3. Broadcast information: Assisting and managing the administration to broadcast various academic-related information to the students.
4. Administrative tasks: Managing tutor presence, inputting IELTS/TOEFL questions into the Kobi website, and maintaining the website to minimize issues.
5. Analyzing & evaluation: Assisting in analyzing and evaluating tutor performance.
