JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer, aka EOS Integrator. Your mission is to translate our vision into efficient operational activities, streamlining processes to enhance company performance and build a high-performing team.
As our COO/Integrator, you will be responsible for translating our strategic vision into effective operational actions. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring our processes are efficient and our organizational objectives are met. Your role is critical in making our company run smoothly and in supporting the CEO to focus on long-term strategic goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Planning
• Work closely with the CEO to drive the organization's vision and strategy.
• Translate the strategy + vision into actionable steps for growth.
• Hold the leadership team accountable to the vision, goals, and quarterly targets.
• Prioritize initiatives + keep everyone focused on the mission.
• Constantly monitor the market, identify trends, and support the CEO to inform action-planning.
Operations
• Manage the day-to-day and integrate the major functions.
• Execute the business plan.
• Get things unstuck + over the finish line.
• Improve + maximize how the key functions work together, helping everyone understand how they fit with the whole.
• Drive the tempo + structure the path forward, with an intense focus on accountability + detail.
• Facilitate regular EOS meetings, including Level 10 Meetings, Rocks Meetings, Quarterly, and Annual Meetings.
• Enhance company’s implementation of EOS.
• Oversee operations, HR, and accounting to ensure all aspects of operations run smoothly.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
• Design + implement scalable solutions (systems, processes, and people) needed to support current operations and expected growth.
Finance
• Ensure the company is profitable.
• Measure + analyze current revenue streams, offerings, and relationships to optimize business growth + revenue strategy.
• Prepare + oversee monthly operating + financial budgeting + reporting. • Maintain fiscal responsibility, timely reporting, and ongoing transparency with the CEO about the organization’s finances.
Process Improvement
• Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to the company's operations, financial stability, and reputation.
• Streamline operational processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Develop + implement SOPs.
Team Development
• Make sure the organization has the proper structure, with the right people in the right seats.
• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of top talent, as well as the development of training + professional development programs to enhance employee/contractor skills + capabilities.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
• Ensure all team members align with the company’s mission + vision and have the resources they need to achieve their objectives.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and support to staff, fostering an environment that encourages teamwork and operational excellence.
• Manage resourcing + project assignments.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• At least 10 years of experience as an EOS Integrator, COO, or similar leadership role, preferably in marketing, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
• A financial savvy leader with the ability to set clear priorities, delegate, and guide investment in people + systems.
• Experience with budget management and operations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fields; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
