About You:

We are seeking skilled Administrative Assistants to join our US Client's team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both Project Management and organizational tools, with strong communication skills, and high attention to details to contribute to an organization's efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
  • Experience managing multiple calendars and scheduling calls/meetings, manipulating an ever changing schedule by the day
  • A high level of technical proficiency and experience using online organizational tools
  • Experience coordinating complex projects / project management
  • Intuitive and skilled in all forms of communication
  • High attention to detail including effective customer communication and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Proven track record of taking ownership of projects and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced environment without micro management
  • Strong research skills
  • Versatile and resourceful, able to source solutions independently
    Requirements & Qualifications:
    • At least 2 year of work experience in a similar role or proven experience that individual is able to perform that role (knowledge of softwares, understanding on process improvement, etc.)
    • Understand general company processes
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proficiency in using Office 365, GSuite, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Airtable, Monday.com (or similar softwares)
    • Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Outstanding communication/customer service skills
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
    • Strong communication skills and a passion for creating exceptional experiences for clients
    • Continual learning mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies and best practices
    Other:
    • Working Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Monday to Friday
    • Holidays: TBD
    • Salary Range: $700 - $1200 USD depending on experience
    • Type of Contract: Independent contractor
