We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Associate to join our team and play a pivotal role in our growth journey. The ideal candidate will not only be responsible for managing various marketing functions but will also be instrumental in identifying new opportunities and implementing strategies to drive revenue for CSIPay. Specific Responsibilities

  • Oversee website maintenance to ensure it reflects CSIPay's brand identity and drives user engagement.
  • Develop and distribute internal newsletters to keep employees informed about company updates and initiatives.
  • Create compelling promotional materials, including brochures and digital ads, to support marketing campaigns.
  • Design and manage external newsletters to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
  • Generate creative content for various marketing channels, such as social media and blog posts, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure messaging alignment across all channels.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives for CSIPay.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in website management using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms.
  • Basic graphic design skills with experience using tools like Canva or similar software.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and newsletter creation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for different audiences.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools for tracking marketing performance metrics.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and staying updated on industry trends.
