Minimum 8 years in IT services/consultancy as an Account Manager, Minimum 10 years in IT services/consultancy for Healthcare Provider client, Experience in the US and/or Canada healthcare system, Knowledge of Payer domain, US market trends, communication skills, Strong experience in technical sales, cloud, data, and AI solutions.
Key responsabilities:
- Build relationships with key clients in the Healthcare Payer industry
- Develop business opportunities and extensions with existing clients
- Identify customer needs, present solutions, drive customer success
- Manage client relationships, propose appropriate solutions, ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor progress, address concerns, generate new sales, meet client objectives
