Meet the team:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior-level IT Program Manager for the Supply Chain and Logistics & Distribution to drive help programs on supply chain expanding 3Pls., Warehouse Management etc. Managing resources work, act as scrum master in cross-functional programs with associated partners. The successful candidate will have demonstrated a proven track record in managing high-impact programs along with strong organizational, communication, leadership and influencing skills.

This position will manage multiple programs at the same time with varying degrees of complexity.  The candidate will work with cross-functional IT teams from Supply Chain, Logistics, S&OP, Integrations, Commercial.

Where you come in:

  • You will manage and drive end-to-end program management for IT cross-functional global Supply Chain initiatives
  • Manage the team supporting the SCM and Logistics on the scrum activities
  • Work in concert with Systems & Solutions Engineers and UX to breakdown user needs from feature requirements into use cases and collaborate tightly during translation into functional and technical requirements. Recognized as a feature/product subject matter expert. 
  • Demonstrates significant technical aptitude and anticipates potential problems and pursues strategies to de-risk delivery. Demonstrates strategic thinking and industry understanding.
  • Prioritize work based on project needs, task dependencies, team capacities, schedules, and delivery strategies. Participate or facilitate delivery ceremonies: refinement, daily stand ups, & retros
  • Establish program/project governance to provide support for decisions and critical risks.
  • Align and communicate timely program status to stakeholders, sponsors, and team members.
  • Develop program charter, consolidate program milestones, interdependencies to build an integrated roadmap, create execution and communication plans
  • Actively manage program risks and associated issues to minimize impact to the success of the program.
  • Serve as an escalation point for issues, within area of program responsibility, to internal and external stakeholders, as appropriate and resolve conflicts as needed.
  • Aid in development and maintenance of key program performance indicators for specified metrics, ensuring that KPIs are within scope of the program contract.
  • Develop, track, and report on program roadmap, detailed project schedule, critical interdependencies, risks, change control requests, and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to global program framework, standard processes, and governance.
  • Identify, develop, and implement business process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • You are able to deliver complex projects on time that span across multiple teams within the organization.
  • You have strong communication skills, can effectively facilitate discussions, and communicate with teams and executive leadership.
  • You have experience with product launches and completion of full product lifecycle (concept through obsolescence) in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical devices.
  • Your ability to be highly collaborative and able to work in a team-based environment.
  • Your ability to manage conflict professionally with a strong “can do” attitude.
  • You have certification(s) in program/project management, change management, and/or Lean Six Sigma (i.e. PMP, Six Sigma Green/Yellow Belt).
  • You have experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Atlassian Tools (Confluence, Jira).

  • 5-15%

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience. 
  • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience
