Position Overview:

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Netherlands and Belgium Team to deliver our commercial plans and accelerate both patient acquisition and patient retention across the region by driving excellence in development, delivery and tracking of programmes.

The successful candidate will support the execution of the short- and long-term strategic plan, and develop, lead, and execute programmes that will accelerate both patient acquisition and patient retention. They will refine best practice processes to ensure efficiencies and consistencies in bringing new products and projects to the market.                                                                                                                                      

Responsibilities:

• Develop excellent understanding of the Benelux insulin pump market including motivations of Key Players (HCP, Patient, Payer), barriers to access and identifying opportunities.
• Support execution of the short and long-term strategic plan.
• Collaborate closely with all cross functional team members including regulatory, clinical, medical education and legal/compliance to ensure streamlined processes for commercialisation activities.
• Responsible for MLR (Multi-Level Review) approval for marketing collateral.
• Manage and assist with localisation of marketing collateral and in country translation review.
• Lead vendor relations and the collateral fulfilment needs for regional projects and programmes.
• Responsible for logistics and event management for the National Conferences (as required).
• Support with product related sales support material across the region.
• Develop and support Benelux social media, digital activities and influencer/brand ambassador programs.
• Develop strong partnership with the Insulet Field Team to support and maximise opportunity through this channel.
• Collaborate and support team members on International projects to successful completion.

• Support Medical Mail Order (MMO’s) activities in the Netherlands
• Manage the local sponsorship process
• Manage local advertising assets and campaigns

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Engineering/ Science.
• Ideally has experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical or consumer marketing function.
• Experience in diabetes is a bonus.
• Versed in MS Office package, Adobe and database applications

De marketingassistent is verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van het team in Nederland en België bij de uitvoering van onze commerciële plannen en zowel patiëntenwerving als patiëntenbehoud in de hele regio te versnellen door ‘’best in class’’ in ontwikkeling, levering en opvolging van programma's te stimuleren.

De succesvolle kandidaat ondersteunt de uitvoering van het strategisch plan voor de korte en lange termijn en ontwikkelt, leidt en voert programma's uit die zowel het werven van patiënten als het behoud van patiënten versnellen. Hij/zij zal best-practiceprocessen verfijnen om efficiëntie en consistentie te garanderen bij het op de markt brengen van nieuwe producten en projecten.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

· Ontwikkelen van een uitstekend begrip van de Benelux-markt voor insulinepompen, inclusief motivaties van belangrijke spelers (zorgverlener, patiënt, betaler), hindernissen bij toegang en identificeren van kansen.

· Bieden van ondersteuning bij de uitvoering van het strategisch plan voor de korte en lange termijn.

· Nauw samenwerken met alle leden van de multifunctionele teams, waaronder regelgevende, klinische, medische educatie en juridische/compliance teams om te zorgen voor gestroomlijnde processen voor commercialiseringsactiviteiten.

· Verantwoordelijk voor MLR-goedkeuring (Multi-Level Review) voor marketingmateriaal.

· Beheren van en assisteren bij de lokalisatie van marketingmateriaal en controleren van vertalingen voor het betreffende land.

· Onderhouden van relaties met leveranciers en de bijkomstige behoeften aan regionale projecten en programma's.

· Verantwoordelijk voor logistiek en eventmanagement voor nationale conferenties (indien nodig).

· Ondersteunen bij productgerelateerd verkoopondersteunend materiaal in de hele regio.

FUNCTIEVEREISTEN

Opleiding/ervaring

· Bachelordiploma in marketing/ bedrijfskunde/ natuurwetenschappen.

· Bij voorkeur ervaring in een marketingfunctie voor medische apparatuur, farmaceutica of consumentenmarkt.

· Ervaring met diabetes is een pré.

· Bedreven in MS Office-pakket, Adobe en databasetoepassingen
