Job Description:

   

We are currently looking for Senior Financial Analyst to join our organization!

In this role the candidate will be asked to drive analytics, sharing key financial and strategic information enabling decision making, including:
• Daily Load monitoring
• Month End Close processes
• P&L management
• Forecast preparation
• Margin analysis and/or recovery plans
• Revenue assessments
• Closely collaborate with supporting functions such as finance team (Geo Finance, Controllership, Credit & Collection , GRRO etc.), SSP, Sales Ops/Order mgmt.
• Ensures continuous process improvements and efficiency
• Ensure compliance is met.

How you will make your mark:
• Provide complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.
• Consult with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
• Forecast financial results within a broad scope.
• Lead business initiatives, typically leading analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.
• Represent the business unit during cross-regional or cross- functional planning processes.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to analysts.
 

About you:
• First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
• Typically 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one area.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Superior teamwork skills
• Strong business acumen.
• Good project management skills.
