The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager of Product Management, the Supply Chain Product Business Analyst supports the launch of a new WMS and subsequent capabilities delivery from concept to finished solution. You will also help implement the product team backlog so that solutions address product priorities while maintaining conceptual and technical integrity. You will support multiple teams within the Supply Chain Value Stream and identify improvement areas of existing business processes to help develop the product roadmap. You will develop an understanding of the supply chain business processes and technology within their assigned area of expertise. This role is remote based near West Chester, PA or St. Petersburg, FL.

Your Impact:
Support business process flow definition & documentation across multiple product / project teams.
Identify improvement areas of existing business processes & recommend product/system solutions.
Examine business best practices and technological developments.
Determine appropriate requirements gathering process and tools.
Collaboratively documents and understands our requirements.
Perform gap analysis between current state and proposed state
Identify dependencies and impacts across systems and business processes
Compile and analyze data to support process definition, and estimate expected benefits.
Work with product management to ensure important milestones are well coordinated with sprint plans across main product areas
Captures, monitors, and communicate post deployment benefits
What you Bring
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of relevant experience.
You will have experience with Agile product development.
You will be proficient in Viso, Jira, Confluence or other process flow & documentation tools.
You will have skills to lead execution.
You will have experience leading cross functional teams.
Experience with Supply Chain Management Processes & WMS systems will be beneficial.
IIBA Certification and/or PMI’s BA certification will be beneficial.
