As a Technical Business Analyst on the Partner Integrations team (a sub-team within our Recruitment Software Partnerships team), you will be working directly with multiple partners concurrently, guiding them through end-to-end integrations to our APAC Platform. You’ll also be working closely with cross-functional SEEK teams to enhance the partner integration experience and provide technical support to our sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple, concurrent partner engagement in all stages of their integration lifecycle using a defined integration approach
  • Discovery: Align Partners to the SEEK integration requirements to help them create the best possible experience for mutual customers
  • Design: Undertake current & future state analysis to help high value partners determine their implementation scope​
  • Build: for high value partners; proactively ensure partner build is on track and any queries are promptly responded to; for other partners respond to support queries as needed and monitor progress via internal dashboards
  • Testing: Review and verify partner implementations to ensure they appropriately represent the SEEK brand, customer value proposition and experience; at times this will be via videos and other times this will involve access to the partner’s software
  • Release: Liaise with partners regarding their release; and produce and maintain Integration User and Release Guides to enable customer onboarding and support of partners’ Integrations  
• Support our hirers, partners and internal teams through their use of integrations:
  • Triage escalated support queries 
  • Provide real-time monitoring, in-depth analysis, and actionable insights to help maintain and improve the performance and reliability of our live integration
• Contribute to the evolution of our partner products, ecosystem and integration approach:

• Sound experience in technical consulting, software implementation and/or system integration
• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage numerous engagements at once
• Working knowledge of APIs and webhooks
• Proven track record in requirements elicitation and management, UX mock-up's and business process mapping
• Proficiency in one or more analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
• Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
• Proven success working cross-functionally with business and technical teams
• have a bias towards action and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
• You are comfortable leading / managing meetings with external stakeholders, and adept at escalating and resolving issues as needed
