We are looking for a Senior Workday Financial Engineer specializing in Revenue Management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Workday Financials, particularly in revenue recognition and management. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying Workday Financial solutions that meet our Organization's strategic role.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Financial solutions with a focus on Revenue Management.

  • Develop, run, and debug Workday Integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.

  • Execute and analyze SQL queries to support financial reporting and data validation.

  • Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and automate revenue processes.

  • Manage Workday Security, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday Financial solutions.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communications, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Financials and integrations.

  • Stay current with Workday updates and new features, ensuring the organization leverages the latest functionalities.

  • Prepare and deliver technical documentation, training materials, and user guides.

  • Follow the Agile framework, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and timely delivery of projects.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Workday Financials, with a focus on Revenue Management.

  • Proficient in SQL, with the ability to run and analyze queries.

  • Familiarity with Workday Integrations, including EIB, and other integration tools.

  • Strong understanding of Workday Security, including role-based access controls and data privacy.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce billing/CPQ is highly desirable.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading Workday Financial projects.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Workday certification in Financials is a plus.

The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $105,000 USD - $150,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
