Senior Salesforce Administrator

The Senior Salesforce Administrator at Dragos will work as a key part of the Sales Technology team to support all sales tools and systems that are used throughout the business. This role will function as an administrator of Salesforce.com and other integrated business applications/tools and complete business objectives by gathering and developing business requirements and converting those requirements into solutions to improve the functionality and performance of the systems and tools our teams rely on.

• Manage and maintain the Dragos Salesforce instance, including user accounts, roles/permissions, workflows, process builder and other configurations.
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards according to business requirements.
• Manage Salesforce integrations with other business systems and applications such as Clari, Loopio, Zoominfo and more
• Troubleshoot and resolve any errors or issues in a timely manner
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce system
• Partner with the various stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and improvements and translate these requirements into solutions to improve the function and performance of Salesforce and integrated tools.
• Enable and Train end-users on existing and new tools as necessary
• Implement best practices and optimize the various points of automation and legacy processes currently built into Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, and implement new features and functionalities as needed.

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration, release management, and deployment expertise
• Salesforce.com Certified with experience using Flow and App/Process builder
• Experience managing integrated tools such as Clari, Loopio, Allbound, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Tableau, etc (or similar)
• Experience with CPQ, Apex coding and Visualforce a plus
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to think analytically
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding time management and organization skills
• Ability to effectively gather business requirements and translate gathered information into working solutions

• Base Salary: $105,000
