Post Production Coordinator

The Post Production Coordinator’s role is to manage all post-production for Ready Set with our ever growing team of editors, designers, animators, footage curators and QC agents. There are two levels to the role: strategic and tactical. At a strategic level you are developing the best workflows and systems to make post-production happen efficiently and at a high level of quality. At a tactical level you have an eye on every edit in the pipeline and are who everyone looks to for anything post-production. We are producing a lot of video ads every week and this role is critical! 

Candidate should be available to work during Pacific Standard Time (2PM to 10PM ARG Time zone)

What you will do:

• Lead all Post-production globally
• Determine the workflows, systems and best practices for all post-production
• Coordinate with Account and Project Management Teams - you are the Source of Truth on which ads are getting delivered by when
• Elevate the quality of edits by helping to train editors both on global best practices and client-specific standards
• Always think up ways to help us #getbetter - our best ideas come from our teammates.

What you are good at:

• Solid English, both oral and written. We are a US-based company.
• Comfort with platforms like Monday.com, Slack and Google docs.
• Demonstrated high-performance in last roles. Great references for us to talk with. 
• Preferred: experience working on remote teams.
