Partner Solutions Consultant

As a Partner Solutions Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work across the MarTech industry to create a virtuous cycle of allyship and advocacy between mParticle and our Tech Partner ecosystem. You’ll accomplish this by activating valuable use cases through the building of customer data connectors. You will play a critical role in ensuring our Technology Partners are successfully integrated into the mParticle platform, resulting in business value delivery for our joint customers.

Your work will be meaningful and have a strong impact on mParticle’s success. You will have a high degree of freedom in your work, with support from many cross-functional teams at  mParticle. You will interact with some of the best minds in the data technology and marketing space, and have the opportunity to partner with cutting edge platforms across the analytics, attribution, marketing automation, and social media domains.

What you'll do:

• Architect integrations alongside mParticle’s Technology Partners to solve customer use cases.
• Support mParticle Technology Partners as they develop, QA, and launch mParticle integrations.
• Serve as the Partner’s trusted technical advisor by providing technical expertise on mParticle’s system and integration frameworks.
• Serve as an mParticle subject matter expert on partner-built integrations.
• Investigate and troubleshoot integration issues and bugs.
• Support Tech Partners after initial go-live. 
• Develop and improve scalable methods for Tech Partners to develop integrations; publish self-service tooling and documentation.
• Strategically collaborate across mParticle partnerships, product, engineering, sales, and client services functions. 

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 4 year undergraduate degree.
• 5+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years in technical client facing solutions, implementation, or technology consulting roles.
• Familiarity with product development methodologies, ideally in a customer, client or partner facing capacity.
• Technical skills including:
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, SDKs, and designing/developing integrations
• Experience with SQL 
• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python
• Proficiency in Node, Swift, Kotlin, Javascript is a plus
• Experience with core AWS services like Lambda, SQS, S3, ECS, and VPC, among others. AWS Certified SA associate or AWS certified Developer is a plus
• Project management experience; skilled at managing stakeholder requirements, risks, blockers and timelines to successfully complete technical projects. 
• Possess a unique balance of technical depth, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical matters to non-technical counterparts when necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• General knowledge of various digital marketing tools: analytics, attribution, ad serving, DMPs, push, social media.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $149,000-$165,000 + equity + benefits.
