Mainframe Programmer

Description:

CTG is seeking to fill a Mainframe Programmer opening for our client in Alaska.

Location: Remote (Mid-West coast preferable)

Duration: 2 years

Duties:

• Assist in maintenance and system enhancements to include but not limited to:
• Support conversion efforts for the childcare replacement system
• Implement Elderly Simplified Application Project (ESAP)
• Implement Broad Based Categorical Eligibility (BBCE)
• Support future state or Federal initiative

Programs & Program Languages Include:

• Natural
• ADABAS
• COBOL
• MVS Timesharing
• JCL
• Interactive Storage Management Facility
• ISPF / Program Development Facility
• System Display and Search Facility
• Data Interfile Transfer, Testing and Operations
• z/OPS ISPF IBM Supplied User Options
• General User Menu & Interfaces

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00/hr to $75.00/hr. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
