Experience with ITSM tools, Good knowledge of End User Compute Terminal Services, ITIL Foundation certification and Microsoft certifications are preferred.Key responsabilities:
- Field incoming calls, emails, and tickets
- Log Incidents accurately and prioritize resolution
- Install and configure hardware, software, printers, and systems
- Support team development, mentor junior staff, contribute to company culture
- Be escalation point for team members and clients
