3 years Financial Aid experience or business office required, Ability to analyze and complete forms, good communication skills, detail-oriented.
Key responsabilities:
- Calculate refunds for Federal Student Aid and institutional withdrawals
- Process refunds within federal guidelines, ensure compliance with standards, stay up-to-date on policies
- Assist with student ledger card adjustments, monthly reconciliation and attend relevant trainings
- Perform other duties as assigned
