Position: Ambassador Manager

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm (Eastern Time) / 10pm-6am MNL Time

Holidays : Philippine Standard Holidays

Salary Range: up to USD 1,200/ month

About the Role:

In this role, your key responsibility will be browsing various social media platforms for potential influencers and sending template emails to these potential influencers for the company to sponsor/partner with as ambassadors. You will be in contact with the potential influencers, send template contracts to potential ambassadors via DocuSign, set them up on an affiliate platform called BrandChamp, and transfer partnership management over to another employee.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize social media platforms
Identify potential sponsors and partners
Send outreach emails to potential ambassadors of Legion
Utilize DocuSign to send contracts
Set ambassadors up via BrandChamp
Add information into statistical sheets

Requirements

Qualifications:

Good Communication skills
Familiar with Social Media in general
Very familiar with Instagram
Very familiar with TikTok
Familiar with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, etc.)
Able and willing to work a similar schedule to 9am-5pm Eastern Time
Familiarity with the fitness influencer and sports nutrition industry is ideal, as this is the industry we work in
Experience with influencer outreach (a plus)
