Processing payments received into Complete Care from Insurance companies for a patient's account and clearing any discrepancies related to it.

What does a day in the life of a Posting Specialist (CSR) look like?
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform job-related functions.
  • Processing checks received into Patient accounts in accordance with Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) received from Insurance companies.
  • Calling Insurance companies for missing EOBs.
  • Reviewing discrepancies in posting and confirming accuracy.
  • Updating structured data fields within our electronic medical record system.
  • Achieving posting deadlines throughout each month.

  • What are the required qualifications of a Posting Specialist (CSR)?
  • Knowledge of medical billing/collection practices.
  • Knowledge of computer programs and business office procedures.
  • Knowledge of basic medical coding and third-party operating procedures and practices preferred.
  • Ability to operate a computer and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system.
  • Must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills with staff.
  • Must be well organized and detail-oriented.

  • Technology and Remote Requirements:
  • A computer system with a minimum of 2 monitors and internet speeds no lower than 50mbps.
  • A camera, audio and microphone capabilities for training through Microsoft Teams.
  • Preferable wired internet to WIFI to maintain consistent connectivity.
  • A quiet and secure space, free from distractions and security in compliance to HIPAA for patient information.
