This position is full-time and Remote within India.

As an Engagement Manager, you will be part of our Professional Services team. The Professional Services team is a critical part of our overall go-to-market strategy and takes the lead in delivering expertise to all of our most important customers. You might say it's a little bit of professional services and customer success all in one role, so it includes a fair amount of non-billable work. The primary purpose of our professional services team is to make our customers successful.

You will be working on:
    • Consult with customers to understand issues and solve problems with expert advice or delivery of projects and programs.
    • Deliver Projects that you expertly scope and project manage to a successful conclusion. 
    • Manage Programs that allow HackerRank to stay engaged with customers for extended engagements in support of customer retention or ongoing managed services.
    • Collaborate with and lead teams in support of customer projects and programs.
    • Ownership and accountability in delivering Customer Delight throughout all phases of the customer journey
    • Belong to an amazing team that values what you do.
We are looking for:
  • 4+ years of experience in hands-on delivery in a SaaS environment.
  • You enjoy taking a consultative approach and being an industry and product expert.
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with project management practices.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on schedule.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Expertise in establishing project governance and maintaining peer relationships with customer executives.
  • Capability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty and the ability to shift gears gracefully.

  • Working knowledge of human resources, talent acquisition, or learning & development.
