The Role: 

This role shall execute the commercial plans of the Oribe brand in the professional salon channel, including driving partnerships with existing salons to deliver sales growth and profitability, as well as increasing distribution and identifying new salon customers across Denmark for Oribe

The main focus is the the development of strategic partnerships with carefully identified salons, stylists and key industry influencers.

You will also deliver merchandising expertise and Oribe product knowledge to the salons to ensure an excellent costumer experience. 

In this role, you will work alongside the Oribe Associate Director and with the other Oribe Key Account Managers in Scandinavia.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Denmark. This role covers all of Denmark, so traveling within the country is essential to visit all clients.

What you will do:

  • Financial - Achieve on-target budget revenue for listed accounts and exceed all sales targets and objectives.
  • Handle administration and reporting as set out by management.
  • Open new salons and achieve distribution goals.
  • Develop customer plans, including agreeing with customers on sell-through activities and ensuring in-salon training of hairdressers.
  • Ensure best practices in salons, uphold brand values, and comply with company standards and procedures.
  • Regularly report to the Associate Director, Oribe in the Nordics, on the above objectives for the Oribe brand

What you will need:

  • Sales certificates and continuous capability training is highly preferred (documentation needed)
  • 5+ years sales experience with a track record of success in preferably luxury and hairdressing sector (ideal in B2B Sector)
  • Experience as a hairdresser is a plus
  • Experience managing key accounts and communicating business plans effectively to high profile customers (both written and verbally)
  • Experience in how to drive sales performance in salons
  • Experience in developing customer specific strategies and working within company set guidelines to maintain both equity and profitability of Oribe
  • Passion for hair care and Oribe products
  • Ability to form ongoing successful relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Self-confident, committed, enthusiastic with the ability to work well under pressure ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and motivate customers.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook and comfortable with working with sales tools and systems.
  • Commercial skills, including negotiation Skills, building achievable customer plans
  • Excellent relationship building skills (can build and maintain professional customer relationships and internal relationships)
  • Coaching Skills (able to drive sale performance through client’s sales force)
  • Diplomatic skills (can deal with challenging customer situations in a positive and constructive way)
  • Structure – ability to structure work and keep track on details
  • Presentation Skills (able to deliver professional Oribe training to clients)
  • Presentable – appear presentable in line with Oribe as a luxurious brand
