About You

We know that you have your must-haves when it comes to the right role. Here are ours so that we can ensure it’s a mutual fit. In order to be successful in this role, you must:

  • Audit Marketing Technology Products: Perform audits by reviewing the client’s current tech stack, providing insights and analysis on the current system set-up, a comprehensive list of recommended platform improvements, and making said improvements in-platform. Audits provide a roadmap for future client success.
  • Tech Stack Integrations: Strong background working with and transforming marketing data, including integrating multiple systems.
  • Develop Strategy & Operate Marketing Technology Products: Ongoing Strategy development, reporting, hands-on platform implementation, and optimization of assigned client accounts.
  • Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicate reporting and complex solutions to diverse stakeholders in an understandable manner. Design top-quality presentations that convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

As a subject matter expert, you must also demonstrate the capability to develop strong partnerships with both clients and agency teams alike. We expect you to be both student and teacher, remaining eager to learn in our ever-changing landscape but ready to be a resource and mentor to anyone equally eager to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee and assist the ROI·DNA marketing and sales team with the agency marketing technology set-up, implementation, and optimization
  • Lead the internal martech subcommittee - scheduling and running meetings to ensure the team charter is implemented
  • If not already achieved, complete and maintain required ROI·DNA certifications on various marketing technology platforms
  • Monitor results, identify data issues, and develop both internal and client-facing reports
  • Present insights, recommendations, and data analysis to clients
  • Develop email nurture strategy recommendations as part of the ABX & Omnichannel strategy projects - both in MAP (Adobe Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and 6sense Conversational Email
  • Analyze and recommend scoring and grading model rules that align with the client’s business objectives
  • Analyze and recommend lead routing improvements to drive MQL/MQA volume, quality, and speed
  • Listen to clients and translate business goals to tactical B2B efforts
  • Monitor new client performance and address any open issues to ensure timely resolution and a great customer experience

What You Have

  • 5-7 years of experience in Marketing Technology
  • Deep knowledge and proven work experience utilizing:
    • CRM - Salesforce 
    • MAP - Adobe Marketo and HubSpot (Pardot is a bonus)
    • Conversational Marketing - Qualified and Drift
    • Conversational Email - 6sense
    • ABX Platforms - 6sense (marketing + sales), ZoomInfo
  • Quick learner, always looking to embrace and master new technologies as the landscape evolves

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90k to $125k per year. Salary is determined by skills, experience, qualifications, alignment with market data, as well as internal and external equity.
