Your missions

The Role 

As an Onboarding Project Specialist, your primary responsibility is to ensure the timely and successful implementation of the TransVirtual platform for our clients. Acting as the key point of contact during implementation, you will take ownership of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, meet high-quality standards, and result in excellent customer satisfaction. You will be tasked with managing a diverse portfolio of up to 20 projects simultaneously. Your role is pivotal in bridging communication between our sales, technical support, and integrations teams, contributing to a seamless client onboarding experience. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Manage the onboarding and implementation of B2B SaaS projects in a high-growth business environment 
  • Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring each one is on track for successful completion 
  • Adhere to project management best practices, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery 
  • Maintain strong governance documentation for all projects, utilizing project management tools, CRMs, and other relevant software 
  • Work closely with the sales team to capture and understand clients' key requirements 
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns 
  • Maintain strong communication channels with clients and internal teams, fostering a collaborative environment 
  • Initiate account set-up based on collected data and facilitate client validation 
  • Collaborate with technical support and integrations teams to ensure optimal outcomes for each client 
  • Facilitate communication between different teams to address technical aspects of the onboarding process 
  • Approach the onboarding process with a test and learn mentality, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. 
  • Actively contribute to the refinement and innovation of processes to enhance client outcomes. 

Experience:  

  • Project management experience in B2B SaaS implementation. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong time and schedule management skills. 
  • Proficient in delivering comprehensive and engaging training sessions for clients on the platform. 
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. 
  • Adaptability to customize training content to meet the diverse needs of clients. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive and collaborative learning environment. 
  • Experience or knowledge of the logistics or transport/last-mile delivery industries is a bonus.
