Your missions

Resource Innovations is seeking a Solution Delivery Lead to join our growing West Coast team. As an Equitable Electrification Lead, you will support the implementation of our equity-focused home and business electrification programs. You will work closely with Trade-Ally Managers, Market Engagement Managers, Installation Subcontractors, program participants (residential and commercial utility customers), utilities, and other stakeholders to serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring smooth execution of program activities and assisting in maintaining accurate records for program reporting.

Resource Innovations’ equity electrification programs in California are not just about helping residents navigate the maze of utility, state, and federal funding and assistance programs. They are about making a real difference in the lives of residents and businesses, particularly those in underserved and disadvantaged communities.
