Concept Artist | North America | Europe | Fully Remote

What We Are Looking For:

We are currently seeking a Generalist Concept Artist. You will be a great candidate for this role if you have experience in character design, environment art, UI, and graphic design.

Requirements

What We Will Do Together:

• Design a variety of subjects across genres from characters, environments, and even props, VFX and UI while maintaining the core game vision set by the Art Director and Game Designers
• Sketch explorative thumbnails in 2D and 3D.
• Create concepts from early production to final render.
• Create quick open line designs and rough silhouette sketches that communicate space and form.
• Provide feedback through paint overs.
• Storyboard creation

What You Will Bring:

• Generalist Concept Artist with experience designing a variety of subjects across genres. Able to design environments, characters, props, VFX and 2D graphic elements like UI Mockups or Layouts.
• Able to execute concepts in a semi-stylized approach.
• Strong sense of graphic design, colors, proportions, composition, and storytelling through visual design.
• Bonus for working with typography/branding
• Experience shipping games
• Bonus for having experience working with outsourcing partners, a solid communicator who can help keep style and art direction consistent when collaborating with external partners
