About this role

Sales are the core of the Growth Department at Flying Bisons. We’re expanding the team and looking for a Business Development Specialist. Your role will be something entirely new at the company but vital to its success.


How will your day-to-day work look like?

  • Active business development

  • Networking and seeking business opportunities in the market

  • Actively approaching chosen market verticals, personas, and target companies

  • Nurturing our existing partnerships and potentially creating new ones

  • Attending conferences (from time to time)

  • Close cooperation with the Head of Growth and Digital Consultants regarding go-to-market activities

What qualifications do you need to join us?

  • A growth-driven mindset

  • Ambitious and courageous

  • Fluency in Polish and English

  • A doer attitude

  • Experience in the digital/IT sector is mandatory

  • Experience working with the Middle East is a plus

  • Knowledge in the field of digital consulting is a plus

  • Proven track record in sales

  • Familiarity with the B2B and B2C markets in the IT industry

  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, or similar
