What you will do:

  • Provide technical and customer support during workshops
  • Monitoring chat, providing links and sharing polling software
  • Addressing technical issues
  • Creating post-workshop follow-up, sending survey results and guides via Zendesk and updating Salesforce
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent Spanish and English (written and verbal) is a must
  • Experience with Zendesk. Salesforce, Vevox and video conferencing software
  • Experience in technical and customer support
  • Proficiency in managing chat and video conferencing tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Will be a great plus:

  • Experience in hospitality
