The role:
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join us on an initial 3-6 month contract (after which the role may go full time).
We’re after someone to coordinate the sales and marketing processes through strong CRM (Hubspot) management. This includes data management and segmentation, process monitoring and improvement, as well as overall campaign and KPI reporting.
Your stakeholders will be the General Manager, the head of Sales and the Marketing Manager. You’ll work with each stakeholder to ensure there are documented processes to ensure expectations are clear, and providing regular status updates providing a strong feedback loop on successes and challenges.
As part of this role you’ll spearhead our data management, sourcing new targets and owning the data in the CRM, optimising the information we hold and segmenting it to provide campaign recommendations to the revenue leaders.
You’ll also monitor CRM usage to ensure all processes are adhered to, which in turn allows you to deliver accurate reporting.

Essential Skills / qualifications:
- 5 years + experience managing CRMs (min. 3yrs for Hubspot), including mapping data, assigning tasks and actions, monitoring accuracy and team usage
- Previous experience cleansing, merging and segmenting data
- Data/List sourcing with 3rd party companies, individual researchers and tools
- Familiar with how CRM pipelines and how recycling data works
- Turning process documentation into action
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
