I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Brazil for a MidSenior Support Analyst to work on an international project.
Responsibilities:
You will be part of the team that is making history by building the biggest B2B e-Commerce system on the planet! Our client is large and internationally known.
In addition, you will have direct contact with the client and the opportunity to develop your English on a daily basis.
We are looking for people who:

Requiriments for this challenge:
- Advanced English;
- Basic knowledge in ITSM / ITIL;
- Basic knowledge in database;
- Incident investigation capability;
- Analysis and interpretation of logs;
- Experience with using and creating service scripts;
- Experience in supporting complex technical solutions, composed of several components, from different suppliers and that communicate with different types of integrations (services, queues, files) - Differential.
