Talent Management Specialist / HR Coordinator/ Analyst - 60% Remote (possibly more)

Ann Arbor, MI - On-Site Tuesday - Thursday / Remote Mondays & Fridays preferred but there is flexibility for more remote work if needed


Job Description:
Responsible for supporting various aspects of HR functions, including performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and performance reviews. This role will involve assisting senior talent managers in implementing and administering programs aimed at enhancing employee performance, satisfaction, and career development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the coordination of performance management processes, including engagement, goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, events, and recognition programs.
  • Assisting with succession planning efforts by maintaining talent profiles, conducting reviews of talent data, and identifying development opportunities.
  • Participating in the facilitation of performance review meetings and providing administrative support for documentation.
  • Collaborating with HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to performance management and engagement.
**Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software preferred.
  • Prior experience as an entry level Talent Management or Learning and Development team member or as an HR Generalist
